The 6mm length can be used for new piercings, if a piercer allows, as it is not the recommended size for a new piercing.This length is also suitable for existing piercings that demand more space. |

The 7mm length is ideal for new piercings in the cartilage and in the lobe. It is the recommended size for most new piercings. |
| 3/8MM & 4/8MM |
The 8mm back post is ideal for new piercings in thicker parts of the cartilage, e.g. the conch, as well as if you are prone to swelling with new piercings. |
| 3/9MM & 4/9MM |
The 9mm is ideal if you are experiencing swelling with your new piercing, and the pierced area is in need of more space. Please consult with a piercer if you are experiencing issues with your piercing. |
| 3/10 MM & 4/10MM |
The 10mm back post should only be used, if your new piercing is really swollen and needs some more space in order to heal properly. Please consult with a piercer, if you are experiencing troubles with your piercing. |
